So it's been a while since I've posted anything on how my raw food journey has been coming.
And that's because.... it hasn't. haha.
Well, to be more precise, I was running about 90% raw before my Christmas break, and during break, I was down to something like 60%? well yeah. And then, when I came back from break to campus, I was running on something like 40% raw if that, and eating CRAPPY foods. It was DISGUTING. (to me, anyways)
I've been really crappy lately, and last week, I was at my friend's place for a week for the reading break we had, and it was fun, but my raw food intake was like waaaay down. So I was even crappier. ewwww.
But actually, that was just what I needed to get back on track, funny enough.
For the past 4 days, I've been 95% raw, and sooo much better than before. ah <3
And now my cravings are back...
CRAVIIIINGS!!!! (rarrr!!)

Cravings for sprouts and cabbage is greatest right now, actually.
ahhh.
(And I just re-watched Philip McClusky's video on that... bad idea! It's only 5:03 and no stores are open!)
