So I went for a super short, super intense run this morning.
It's like, 24 minutes long, ish, but I burned something like 229 cal. if you wanted that for the reference for how intense it was.
and I am in the best mood I've been in... SO LONG.
despite the heaviness I feel due to the high-fat content I've consumed yesterday and the day before (Raw almond butter, Cheez Cake, cacao nibs...) eeeeeeeeee!!
I am bouncing off the walls!
and I just had a super yummy (but messy) breakfast :)
Nori rolls with avocados, carrots, lettuce, lemon and some Nama Shoyu.
mmmmmm...
It was messy because, well, I decided to spread the avo over the nori instead of chop it in spears... and the nori got super soggy super fast and was faling apart as I was eating it! hahaha
it was so funny, I had avocado spread and nama shoyu all over my face.
So, since I haven't done a 'Club-solo' Track in AGES. Here it is!
